The New Braunfels Marsch-und Wandergruppe walking club is featuring 2 Year Round Event (YRE) walks in San Marcos this coming Saturday, May 30th.
The two YREs are:
- Mermaids & University Area
- San Marcos River & Neighborhoods
The start point for both walks is the San Marcos Activity Center. It is located at 501 East Hopkins St, San Marcos, TX 78666. Club members will be there from 7:30 to 10:30 AM to register walkers, accept the $4.00 fee, and hand out maps/directions for the walk. Please note that the Activity Center doesn’t open until 10:00 AM, so the restrooms onsite will not be available until then. There are restrooms available a short distance from the start point, however.
San Marcos is a beautiful town, and just a short distance from Austin, so please come on out and join us!
