The next Colorado River Walkers meeting will be on Tuesday, November 11th, at 3:00 PM.
We will meet at the usual meeting place – the Central Market at 4001 N. Lamar Blvd, in the upstairs café area inside the store, but please note the change in day and time!
We have historically met in the evening on the second Monday of the month, but due to Daylight Savings Time and the federal holiday, we are going with an earlier meeting time and a different weekday. We are hoping that club members will be able to join us, and we won’t have to drive home in the dark.
At our club meeting this coming Sunday we’ll be working on the final plans for our next traditional walk, which is coming up soon – November 22nd.
We can’t bring in outside food to Central Market, so if you’d like to enjoy refreshments at the meeting, arrive a little earlier and buy your dinner or snack and a drink downstairs. Then head with your food, via either the elevator or the stairs, to the room upstairs.
