The Hill Country Volkssportsverein walking club is hosting their popular “Christmas in Comfort” walk this coming Saturday, November 30th. The walk is held in conjunction with the “Christmas in Comfort” holiday event. This is a fun holiday shopping event with many arts and craft vendors. There will also be a full day of holiday activities including a lighted night parade.
The pictures in this post were taken by Martin Callahan on this same walk in November of 2022. The town is very picturesque and festive.
The walk route also goes along some country roads with pretty views.
Walkers may start the walk from 8:00 to 10:00 am, and they must finish by 1:00 pm. The Start/Finish will be at the Comfort Community Park. The entrance is at the corner of Broadway and Fifth.
