Pictures from Japanese Tea Garden on Apr 6th

Charley Watt, Jr. went to the Japanese Tea Garden walk in San Antonio on April 6th and shared these pictures with us. The picture above shows the Tuesday Musical Club, where walkers parked for the walk.

Next is a sign at the entrance to the Japanese Tea Garden (also known as the Sunken Gardens) in Brackenridge Park.

Charley took this selfie below at the waterfall in the sunken gardens.

Below is the observation deck in the park.

Next is a picture of the San Antonio skyline taken from the observation deck.

Below are the remains of the historical Mexican village in Brackenridge Park. It was built in 1920 and featured homemade crafts and a restaurant. You can see the observation deck at the top of the building.

Next is Charley on a historic bridge in the park. It was built in 1890 and is still open to vehicles and pedestrians.

Last is a picture of the entrance to the San Antonio Zoo, which has had recent renovations.

Thanks for sharing the great pictures, Charley!
