The next Colorado River Walkers meeting will be on Monday, July 10th, at 6:00 pm.
We will meet at the usual place – the Central Market at 4001 N. Lamar Blvd, in the upstairs café area inside the store. If the weather is cool enough, we will meet on the upstairs covered patio.
We did not have a meeting in June, as is our historical practice. At this July meeting, we will be voting on a motion to elect Terry Sullivan as treasurer. We will also be celebrating the 18 years of service by our outgoing treasurer, Sam Harris. He has served diligently as our treasurer for a very long time and is now ready to pass on the role to someone else. We are happy to welcome Terry as the new treasurer for our club.

We can’t bring in outside food to Central Market, so if you’d like to enjoy refreshments at the meeting, arrive a little earlier and buy your dinner or snack and a drink downstairs. Then head with your food, via either the elevator or the stairs, to the room upstairs.
To celebrate Sam’s years of service, we will purchase a cake from Central Market to enjoy at the meeting. We hope that you can join us!
