The Randolph Roadrunners will be hosting their wonderful Maifest walk this coming Friday, May 19th. This is an afternoon/evening walk that goes through the beautiful and historic King William District and ends with a traditional German festival with great food and music. The photo above was taken by Colorado River Walker Deb Peak on this walk in May of 2021, as well as the one below.

The walk start point is the Beethoven Mannerchor Hall und Garten, located at 422 Pereida St, San Antonio, TX 78210. Walkers may register and start the walk from 3:30 to 6:00 pm, but don’t take too long on your walk, or you’ll miss the festivities!
Plus, the 3 dollars that you paid for your walk start card gets you into the Maifest at the Beethoven Mannerchor Hall und Garten for free. So after your walk, you can relax, purchase some delicious German food and drink, and enjoy the music and festivities.
This is one of our best-loved walking events in Central Texas and a great chance to meet new people and visit with old friends. For all the details, please see the walk brochure below.
