This coming Sunday, October 23rd, the Texas Trail Roundup club will host the Japanese Tea Garden traditional walk in San Antonio.
This is a very popular walk, and once you’ve walked it, you’ll know why. It takes you through some of the most beautiful areas in San Antonio. You will see the Japanese Tea Garden and Brackenridge Park, which is always nice, but the cooler temperatures will make it a perfect walk! The Japanese Tea Garden alone is well worth a trip to San Antonio, but the 10 km route also includes Trinity University, the Landa Library grounds, and the gorgeous historic neighborhood of Monte Vista. The Halloween decorations should be pretty cool in this neighborhood!
Please see the flyer below for all of the details. It also contains a write up of the history of the Japanese Tea Garden.
We hope you can make it out to this walk!
