We have a couple of pictures to share from the Violet Crown informal group walk that Carol Obianwu led on June 12th in Austin.

Our group of walkers met at Dick Nichols Park in south Austin. There were seven walkers, and they started at 8:30 a.m. to try and beat the heat. Dick Nichols Park connects to the Violet Crown Trail, and they also walked along part of that trail.
Deb Peak got a good snapshot below of a “wanna be” volksmarcher who came out to say Hello.
